The Moray Community Justice Partnership was created to lead on Community Justice following the introduction of the Community Justice (Scotland) Act 2016. A draft Improvement Plan for 2017-18 was prepared and comments on the plan were welcomed from the public until 30 April 2017. The consultation period has now closed and the final version will be published once agreed by the Public Protection Partnership.
