Veterans First Point (V1P) Grampian is up and running and seeing veterans in the Moray Resource Centre, Elgin every Tuesday from 1:30 pm-3:00 pm for drop in sessions. They are also seeing veterans outwith these times by arrangement to get them registered to the service. Get in touch with V1P Grampian on 01224 557695 or email nhsg.v1pgrampian@nhs.net.
Calls to Veterans First Point Grampian are monitored on a regular basis. Please note that the V1P office is closed on weekends and public holidays.

If you are feeling low and need to talk to someone you can also speak to the Samaritans. You can call them on 116 123 or you can email them at jo@samaritans.org. Calls to the Samaritans are free and they are available 24 hrs.
